Colonel's Field Service Frock - Black/blue woollen serge material. Four front unpleated three pointed pockets. Gilt buttons on two breast pockets. Squared skirts on front, closed at back.
Collar - red facing - 5cm high - white false collar - inside attached by five bone buttons. See drawings on pink sheet for collar badge. it is a lead grey laurel wreath over AUSTRALI with a gilt top, it is 3.85cm high.
Shoulder straps - all black cloth - ball buttons [gilt] King Edward Crown [metal]. Crimson velvet field and two metal gilt stars.
Cuffs - pointed - 2 buttons up side vent which can be undone - 15cm high at point, 6.8cm at side.
Buttons - 5 ball buttons on front - 1.7cm across - cannon on field brass - on back 'Green & Baker. Birmingham'. 2 on shoulder straps, 1.3cm across. 2 on each breast pocket 1.3cm across, 4 on cuffs 1.3cm across.
