Full dress tunic, blue/black as 1900 regulations.
Blue/black barathea cloth piped ed on leading edge, squared skirts on front. Closed at back [piped ed on middle vent] - on waist seam either side of ent - 2 buttons, 2 bastion flaps edged gold cord three pronged, three gilt buttons.
Collar - red facing edged all around by gold cord bordered all around by 1.3cm of lace - Royal Artillery Pattern No. 65 & 66 as 1900 Regulations. Two hook & eyes - squared collar 5.5cm high - 5.9cm long white metal emboidered Artillery ball exploding.
Cuffs - pointed, no facing - one row of 3.6cm lace on edge bordered on top by row of bullet hole braiding[gold], on top of that by ' upward swirled' type decoration - topped by 'tree' point, underneath [downwards swirled decoration] see pink sheets for drawings.
Lining - fine cotton tan padding on top - at bottom dark green satin lining - internal black leather waist belt.
Buttons - Crown over garter inscribed 'AUT PACE AUT BELLO' surrounding cross with Southern Cross. On back ' Mowbray, Rowan & Hicks, Melbourne'. Buttons are 2.4cm across, 9 on leading edge, 8 on back [as described above]. 2 on shoulder cords.
Shoulder cords - Royal Artillery Pattern - gold cord - small button. Metal embroidered [white] crown [crimson velvet field] and white and gold star.
