Field Service Frock jacket - Squared skirts on front, closed at back. Blue/black material - red collar - two rounded flap unpleated breast pockets with buttons, two on skirts without buttons.
Collar - ed?, black satin lined - three small bone buttons for false collar inside lining. 5.2cm high, squared ends, 2 x hook and eye. Gold metal embroidered exploding grenade 2.1cm long.
Cuffs - pointed cuff, no facing - open vertically on ends - one button - 11.1cm high, 5.2cm at side.
Shoulder straps - black, Lt. Col. Crown & star.[Metal embroidered]
Lining - a bit of padding around shoulders.
Buttons - 2 on sleeve cuffs[one each]. 2 on each shoulder strap, 2 on each breast pocket, 4 on leading edge [ Ball[?] type]. Ordinary buttons are 1.2cm across, cannon on field emblem - brass.
