Shoulder straps - sewn on, metal embroidered King Edward Crown above metal star [cast]. see drawing on pink sheet.
Mark on sleeve - 11 over 3837.
Waiscoat; V front type. Backing - black satin- squared back with waist adjustor and buckle - 'Paris' inscribed on it.
Lining of flowery cotton linen. in front - shallow pointed shest - 4 small brass buttons -King Edward crown over royal initials , underneath 'AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH' 1.2cm across
Mess overalls; leather boot straps at bottom [blade], 4.2cm broad maroon stripe - 141cm long trousers of dark blue/black wool.
Suspender type trousers - 4 black buttons on front - 2 inside back - buff bone, 1 front pocket. 6 black bone buttons on fly, hook and eye on waist. Mark 11 over 3837
