(a) Dinner jacket. Black wool. Pointed collar and silk-faced lapels. One line button. Outside breast pocket (dated 1925 +) 2 outside hip pockets (slit). Inside right breast pocket. Padded shoulders. (Label 'TAILOR MADE/ OLIVERS/ 100-102 WILLIAM STREET/ PERTH. W.A./ FOR.....DATE.......').
(b) Waistcoat. Matches (a). Black with black satin back and white striped lining. Deep collar with squared ends. Continous collar and lapels. 3 cloth-covered buttons. Fronts shaped to points. Ref. Mansfield and Cunnington, 'Handbook of English Costume in the 20th Century', pp. 267-9 & fig. 174.
