View the work of WA’s most exciting news photographers in the 2015 WA Press Photographer of the Year exhibition at the WA Museum - Perth. The annual exhibition gives an eyewitness account of the major news events, sporting moments, features and portrait images captured by Western Australian photographers over the past year.

The WA Press Photographer of the Year is the longest running award ceremony of its kind in Australia, with the first event held in 1954. The awards are divided into nine categories: Portfolio, Spot News, News Feature, Portrait, Sport, Feature, Picture Story, Suburban and Country. The overall, suburban and country prizes are judged from a portfolio of the entrants best four images for the year.
