WA Museum Collections and Research Centre Collection and Research Centre, Welshpool Image copyright WA Museum The WA Museum Collections and Research Centre houses most of the Museum's collections and research facilities. The CRC houses the Terrestrial Zoology, Aquatic Zoology, Earth and Planetary Sciences, History, and Anthropology and Archaeology department staff and collections, as well as some of the collection items from the Maritime Archaeology and Maritime History departments. Staff from Maritime Archaeology and Maritime History are located at WA Shipwrecks Museum. Additional to research staff and the collections, the WA Museum Collections and Research Centre also houses the Museum's administration and exhibition design staff. The facility is located at 49 Kew Street, Welshpool Western Australia 6106, and admissions to the collection centre are by appointment only.
