A survey of the terrestrial vertebrates of Faure Island, Shark Bay, Western AustraliaWA Museum Records and Supplements | Updated 7 years agoABSTRACT – A terrestrial vertebrate survey was conducted on Faure Island in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area in May 2000, and a follow-up survey in February 2002. A single species of mammal, the introduced house mouse, was captured and 22 species of reptile were trapped, collected or sighted by opportunIstIc searches.
