Stomatopod Crustacea from the Dampier Archipelago, Western AustraliaWA Museum Records and Supplements | Updated 8 years agoABSTRACT – The stomatopod Crustacea collected principally from the Dampier Archipelago, containing 14 species from four families and nine genera, are reported. Seven species arc newly recorded from the Dampier Archipelago and two species, GonodaetyleIlus dianae and AeanthosquiIIa melissae, are described as new. AnchisquilIa subfasciata (Tate, 1883), previously regarded as a synonym of AnchisquiIla fasciata (de Haan, 1844), is removed from synonymy and recognised for all Australian records previously attributed to the latter species.
