Merci Down Under WWI Centenary

Once you have visited the battlefields of the Western Front , where over 48,000 Australian soldiers were killed , you understand the sacrifice the diggers made to save France.

This exhibition commemorates this sacrifice through 100 original posters (affiches) hand painted between 1914 – 1918, which explore the relationship between the Australia and New Zealand soldiers and the French people.
