Delivery Times Standard Delivery items are usually despatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within: 5 - 7 working days for Australia 12 - 15 works days for the rest of the world. Delivery Restrictions We deliver to most regions, if your country is not deliverable, you will not be able to select that country when completing the cart checkout. Delivery Costs To check delivery costs add items to your cart and select ‘Checkout to Purchase’. Once you have completed the Delivery Information, select the “Calculate Shipping Costs” button. This will automatically calculate shipping for your particular region. Please note, discounts apply for large orders. Privacy The Western Australian Museum will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing, or any other purpose. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order. Credit Card Transaction Security All transactions occur via the CBA bank using MIGS payment gateway. This uses industry standard secure server software (SSL). All personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address is encrypted so that data transmitted between your web browser and the payment gateway via the internet cannot be read by any unauthorised persons.
