Family friendly event suitable for children ages 3 and up.

Snakes are amazing! Throughout history they have been sources of intrigue.

Have you ever wondered what a snake looks like up close? Better still, would you like to touch one? Throughout November and December we are giving you the chance to say hello to our friendly snakes. Come and make friends with a 'scaly mate' in our Perth Discovery Centre.

Free craft activities will be on offer, as well as educational talks by our Discovery Centre staff. There will be the opportunity for visitors to touch a live snake, and have their photo taken in front of the 'Scaly Mates' promotional poster on the Discovery Centre wall, as well as contribute towards our Discovery Centre snake chain!
