Ticket sales terms & conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all tickets to the Dinosaur Discovery at the Western Australian Museum.

1. All persons entering the exhibition must present a valid ticket.
2. To receive concession entry, suitable and valid identification must be provided at the point of purchase and entry into the exhibition.  This includes Senior Card, Concession Card, Healthcare Card (unwaged), Student ID Card (full-time only)
3. Commercial video recording and flash photography devices may not be used in the exhibition; personal photography is permitted.
4. No refunds or exchanges are permitted on any ticket except as required by law.
5. Replacement of lost, stolen or missing tickets may be permitted under certain circumstances, fees may apply.
6. This ticket, without the consent of the Western Australian Museum, may not be resold or offered for resale, nor may it be used for marketing, promotional or other commercial benefit.
7. The Western Australian Museum reserves the right to deny entry to any person to the exhibition.
8. By accepting these conditions, the Western Australian Museum may contact you from time to time, with information regarding Museum activities and programs.  Should you wish to remove yourself from such communications, please contact reception@museum.wa.gov.au or call 9212 3700.  Your information will not be passed onto any 3rd party providers.
