Museum of the Great Southern

Noongar people were the first custodians of the Swan Coastal Plain.

This exhibition showcases quilts depicting the swamps, lakes and rivers, and native plants and animals of the Swan Coastal Plain.

This display helps to explain the importance of these Wetlands to traditional Noongar culture .
