Winter Star Watching

Wed 4 Sep 2019

Museum of the Goldfields

Bring your blankets and telescope to the Museum this winter and discover the wonders of the winter night sky! Will you see the moon, Jupiter and Saturn? Or maybe a storm or ring systems?

Enjoy some hot Milo, meet local astronomy enthusiasts and learn how to best use your telescope!

Don’t have a telescope? Don’t worry—have a go looking through the Museum’s telescope with help from Peter Mikula and other astronomy enthusiasts.

This event runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday 4 September.

Weather dependent. Keep an eye on Facebook for updates.
