Enjoy learning about our beautiful bushlands while having fun at the Museum of the Goldfields. Do you know how precious bushland is? It helps stop dust storms, brings rain and makes our planet healthier.

Story scavenger hunt

Dates: 8 – 23 April
Times: 10am – 3pm
Cost: $3
Age: All ages welcome (young children may require extra assistance)
Bookings: Not required

We all know the story of how Paddy Hannan found gold while walking through the amazing woodlands that is now known as Kalgoorlie. Explore the Museum and find clues to learn the full story.

Create a nature journal to remind you of our great outdoors and how beautiful nature can be. Once you have made your journal it will be time to get outdoors to explore the local area and discover things to record in it. What interesting natural things can be discovered around the Museum?
