The Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year competition celebrates the natural heritage of the Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and New Guinea bioregions.

Professional, emerging, and junior photographers alike have shown impeccable timing, patience, artistry and technique to capture superb moments in time.

Beyond showing us the unique beauty of the flora, fauna, and landscapes of our own backyards, this breathtaking exhibition provokes us to explore the changing nature of regional ecology.

The Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year competition is produced by the South Australian Museum

The South Australian Museum gratefully acknowledges the support of Dr Stuart Miller AM, founder and patron of ANZANG, and his sister Mrs Alison Huber in memory of their parents, Dr Robert and Mrs Clarice Miller, both late of Waikerie, South Australia.
