Join one of our Museum submarine guide’s for a talk on the History of Fremantle’s Submarine Bases in World War II.

During 1942 - 1945 Fremantle was the second largest submarine base in the world. Learn about the strategic importance of Western Australia in the defence of the South West Pacific area.

This special event runs from 1pm - 2pm on the 19 April, 26 April, 3 May, 10 May and 17 May.

This is a free talk, but WA Maritime Museum entry fees apply.
