The WA Museum’s Discovery Zone (at the State Library of WA) will be jam-packed with fun, learning and exploring activities.

How are bones formed? What will you find in the special Cabinet of Curiosity? Do you know what the Nyoongar word Kwenda means? Find out all this and so much more!

Explore our Cabinet of Curiosity, also known as Wunderkammer (mixture of scientific curiosities). Our cabinet is a collection of extraordinary objects and taxidermy specimens from the WA Museum’s Collection. Can you match the Nyoongar words to the correct object?

Come and see toys from the collections of the WA Museum’s Anthropology and Archaeology Department and History Department. We have a cabinet full of toys on display and fun trails and games for you to play.
