Beyond Garment - the vodcast

Beyond Garment offers an opportunity to see some of W.A’s most influential designers and artists assemble works projected outside of the fashion norm, to be showcased during the Perth Fashion Festival.

This vodcast was shot on the day of the launch. We reflect on five of the twenty artists featured at the exhibition, and also include footage of the launch event, held on 2 September 2010.

This vodcast should give some insight into what motivates the artists, what the intentions of their work is, and what they are expressing through their art.

Beyond Garment will be held at Western Australian Museum - Maritime from 3 September - 28 November 2010.
