There is a pair of large tubercles on each foot and the toes have a small amount of webbing. Colouration is a drab olive brown with irregular dark blotches. There are faint or irregular orange vertebral and lateral lines, and patches of orange in the groin and thighs. Breeding Biology Unknown. Habitat Found along creeks and low-lying areas subject to seasonal flooding. Etymology The species name refers to the extensive glands on the back and sides. General This species can be distinguished from the Pilbara Toadlet by its call (a click vs. a squelch) and more extensive glands on the sides. Restricted to the northern Pilbara.
