Over the school holiday period the Museum of the Great Southern will be open daily from 10am – 4:30pm, except on Wednesdays when it will be open from 12pm – 7pm.

To celebrate NAIDOC at the Discovery Zone, join local Nyoongar artist, Sharyn Egan, as she teaches you how to create wonderful native animals with straw and wool.

Learn how to make cute kangaroos, beautiful bilbies and cuddly quokkas, and learn the Nyoongar names of these native animals while having lots of fun.
