Visit the Western Australian Museum’s Discovery Zone at the State Library of WA to explore a fun space created especially for the young and curious. Touch and see objects from the WA Museum’s collection. The Discovery Zone is a unique space for families to enjoy a Western Australian Museum experience in the heart of the Perth Cultural Centre.

The world of taxidermy can be strange and mysterious, but not for much longer! Join one of our friendly Discovery Zone assistants as they reveal how art and science combine to create a skill that is so important to museums around the world.
