Belonged to Mr R.J. Ballenger - quite dirty on front.
Shallow point on front bottom - on back shallow curved edge.
High V open vest type.
On front - 2 back? ed cloth - barathea?. 2 square pockets on front at top. Mended tear on front. Tan cloth lining , hook & eye [brass] arrangement on front.
