Scarlet cloth piped white on leading edge of tunic, a back middle seam with piping on bastian back flaps either side of middle seam. Linen padded lining.Collae; high squared end - dark blue facings- piping on top and leading with white felt.
Cuffs; faced dark blue - sharply pointed piped white on top.
Shoulder straps; Dark blue piped white. Small button and in yellow stitching, RMC.
Buttons; brass, crown over order of the garter ribbon - surrounding [2.4cm] Edward VII. 8 buttons originally on front - 2 missing. Six on back bastions. On back, Gillam & Co, Sandhurst.
