Half A4 sheet of white paper with black type-written reference. Date in right hand top corner "12/7/63". Reference addressed "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCER:" and states that Arpad Szedlak worked as a cleaner at Sunset Home, Nedlands and concludes that "I can sum up that study by stating if Australia received more of the type that Mr. Szedlak portrays, it would be a much greater country." It is signed in blue ink by E. Roberts, Outside Supervisor.
