Vaccination Certificate made as a small booklet with attached photography of the person it belonged to. Issued by the INTERNATIONAL REFUGEE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS. 'This was to certify that SZEDLAK ARPAD age 45 has been vaccinated on the certain date (28/04/1950) against smallpox. The reaction of the immunity was inspected on the 01/05/50.'
