RELIGIOUS IMAGE - CHILD

H1996.111

Sepia religious image of a child, possibly Christ, glued to buff coloured cardboard. The child is depicted with a halo over his head and a heart, from which light radiates, in front of his body. The image was enlarged by Arpad Szedlak on his home made photographic enlarger (see H.1995.1372). At the bottom of the cardboard section, two typed notes, which have been glued on separately read: 'Foto: Szedlak./ Australia, 1956'.
