Notebook with black cover. Pages are lined and red margins along both edges. Pages have been cut along their outer edge and are left with a tab which has a letter from A-W on the tab in black. X, Y and Z have been left blank. Some pages have hand-written recipes on them in ink, and others have recipes and cooking tips/clippings glued onto them. Other tips/recipes are left loose in book. Towards end of book are poems, useful hints, word games, stories and philosophies of love. Back cover missing. There is clear tape along spine of cover.
