Vaccination Certificate made in a form of a little booklet with attached black and white photograph of SZEDLAK GABRIELE age 5. Issued by the 'INTERNATIONAL REFUGEE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS.' This was to certify that 'Gabriele has been vaccinated on the 28.04.1950 against smallpox. The reaction of the immunity was inspected on the 01/05/50.'
