Above coat of arms "FORM B/COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA/ALIENS ACT 1947." Below coat of arms "Certificate of Registration/No 202876". First page of booklet has personal details handwritten in blue ink, address stamped in purple "DEPARTMENT OF IMMIGRATION/RECEPTION & TRAINING CENTRE/NORTHAM", arrival date and port stamped in purple "3 NOV 1950/FREMANTLE GEN. HERSEY/SEEN BY IMMIGRATION/7 NOV 1950/FREMANTLE". Second page has physical description of Arpad and a black and white passport sized photograph stapled onto page. Remaining pages have spaces to detail changes in address, and instructions to holder of the certificate.
