White paper document with Australian coat of arms at top of document. Stamped to left of coat of arms in black ink in a triangle "IMMIGRATION/OFFICER/SOUTHAMPTON/(12)/EMBARKED/6 MAR 1951". To right of coat of arms stamped in black "No. 69903". Below coat of arms, printed in black "COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA/DEPARTMENT OF IMMIGRATION/AUSTRALIA HOUSE/LONDON". Dated 20th February 1951. Below this date, "Document of Identity/This Document is issued in lieu of a Passport to:". Details of those those travelling typed in black "Samuel Thomas Henry PARKER" and wife "Margaret Georgina" and three children. Children's details typed on reverse of document. "Oliver Samuel PARKER 28.7.1938 Male /George William PARKER 17.2.1942 Male/Margaret Patricia PARKER 25.10.1943 Female". Stamped in purple oval on reverse of document "SEEN BY IMMIGRATION/1 APR 1951/FREMANTEL, W.A." Document signed by Samuel Parker and by Chief Migration Officer. Two punch holes at left hand side.
