White postcard addressed in handwritten blue ink to "Mr Arpad SZEDLAK,/Reception + Training Centre,/Area 2/Hut RR 6/Northam W.A.". Top of postcard has "O.H.M.S" printed in black. There is a pre-printed oval green stamp on top right corner, with silhouette of king in centre, for 1 1/2 pennies, and second adhesive square brown stamp affixed, for 1 penny, with image of Princess Elizabeth. Reverse of postcard has a printed form letter wiht the dates filled in in blue ink. "Dear Sir/Attention is being given to the matter raised in you letter of 9/1/51./and a further communication will be addressed to you in due course./In any further correspondence on this subject please quote No. 51/14/485/ T.H.E. HEYES, Secretary."
