Reverse, "ONE PENNY' red and white stamp with postmark, 'KNUTSFORD/ 9.45 PM/ MY 30/ 12" in right hand upper corner. Address on right half of postcard "Miss M Riley/ Bishops House/ Perth/ W. Australia" handwritten in ink. Message on left side of card, "I hope I shall not/ See much of this/ Church on left = parish/ Church where I shall be/ C.L.R" handwritten in ink.
