DRESS, Black lace

H1999.338

Black lack dress, round neck and short sleeves. Drop waist created by gathering material slightly at each hip. On left side, gathers held together with five black circular buttons. On right side, gathers held together with a beaded design, made from tiny black, pink, blue and green beads. Hem is sightly slanted, with brown lace trim. Black lace has black polyester lining (sleeveless slip). Lace is split up each side to the hip.
