Black satin lined with black glazed cotton. Full length fitted sleeves. Front opening. V-shaped at front waist, straight at back. Back cut in nine sections, each seam boned except for under arm seam. Each front panel cut in four sections with three bones. Front fastens with 19 cut glass buttons and hook and eye at neckline. Slight gathering and fullness at top of sleeves. Wide loose panels of black machined lace across shoulders and down front forming v-shape. Similar at back of bodice. Loose elbow length lace covering on sleeve. Waistline trimmed with wide panel of pleating.
