CAP: black felt with white cloth cover on crown. Black leather peak & chin strap with silver braid. Stripe of black braid. Cloth badge: (Royal Standard?) \ DIEU ET MON DROIT \ black swan \ CYGNIS INSIGNIS. Inside crown: "W.A. Douglas" & label: "Hobson & Sons \ 6885, LEXINGTON STREET, LONDON. W.1". Was the uniform of W. Douglas, who joined the Police for on 2 May 1896 and was appointed Commissioner on 1 Feb 1933. He died 22 Nov 1934.
