Inspired by NAIDOC Week and the coming together of the Western Desert and Minang peoples, the Western Australian Museum – Albany is calling all coolingars (children) to join our celebration of an ancient culture through stories and art.
Warakurna: All the Stories Got into our Minds and Eyes is also on display. The exhibition features vivid and colourful artworks through which the stories and scenes of everyday life of the Western Desert people are shared.
Discover the mysterious magic of light at the WA Museum – Geraldton during the school holidays. There is a range of fun, creative and challenging activities and workshops where you can explore what happens when light is reflected, refracted and blocked.
