Dr Lynne Milne brought forensic palynology (pollen analysis) to the forefront of Australian crime fighting. Delve into the fascinating world of microscopic pollen and spores and find out how they helped to solve a murder, rape and other mysteries. Dr Milne shares the often emotional, humbling and humorous side of working in the forensic arena.

AFL Grand final 2013

This Saturday, watch the Fremantle Dockers make history as they take on Hawthorn in the 2013 AFL grand final, televised live in the WA Maritime Museum theatre. Entry to the Museum will be by gold-coin donation in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Australia II's famous America's Cup victory on Thursday September 26.

Teresa Barry
Teresa is influenced by the vivid colours and textures of nature and the quiet tranquil blues of the Australian shores.  She creates abstract pieces using oils and acrylics, being very affected by her moods. Teresa has been living in this paradise for 30 years, immersing herself in its abundant beauty.
