One-piece day dress in pale blue printed with abstract design in black.
Bodice: Wide round neck, piped. Cut with central front seam boned and piped and 2 darts. Wide pelerine lapels extend over shoulder as collar and shaped to V at waist. Piped at join and edge with narrow border. Wide waistband. Back cut in 4 sections with piped seams. Back fastening with hooks and eyes and eyelet hole at top. 'Bishop' sleeve, with 2 rows vertical pleats at shoulder, double piped mancheron, and becoming full before gathered with more pleating into double piped cuff at wrist. White cotton lining.
Skirt: Set into waistband with pleats at front and hand stroked section near back. Placket to reach pocket towards back. Double band of piped rouching down right hand side, waist - hem. Lined with white cotton.
