EVENING DRESS

CH1985.14.a-c

Evening dress composed of bodice, fill-in and skirt, made of very fine black silk organza with fine stripes of black, pink, yellow and pale blue.
a) Bodice: V-neck with gathered effect from shoulders to waist; small collar of self ruffles and black machine lace; short puffed oversleeves with unlined undersleeves ruched on top and trimmed with black lace at wrist; black satin ribbon waistband; lined with black silk; 9 bones; internal tape belt.
b) Fill-in: same fabric, lined; mandarin collar trimmed with black lace; hook and buttonholed eye closure; ties around neck and to internal belt with tapes.
c) Skirt: straight front; gathered at back; small train; hem trimmed with ruffle stiffened with black silk twill band.
