EVENING DRESS

Evening dress comprising bodice and skirt made of black cotton net embroidered with black gelatine sequins, and black silk petticoat.
a) Bodice: wide neck; sequin-embroidered net overlay forming generously pouched front; high-waisted back with attached sash ties reaching round to the front; bell sleeves gathered above elbow, trimmed with deep flounces of ecru net and lace and black lace; lined with black silk and black cotton sateen; 6 bones, internal tape belt; hook and eye front closure.
b) Skirt: net overskirt densley embroidered with sequins; straight front; gathered back; fishtail train; 3 flounces of sequinned net from knee to hem; black velvet ribbon loop on train for lifting.
c) Petticoat: straight front; trained back; flounced hem.
