Flat, round, 15 carat gold medal with textured laurel wreath border with bow at the bottom. Monogram(?) in centre with metal cut out around the letters. Ring attached to top. ‘H.W.EDMONDSON/West Perth D.C.C/Life Member’ engraved on back around edge. ‘12.9.27’ engraved on back in centre. ‘G|W|M’ hallmark stamped into back, with ‘15CT’ stamped underneath.
