Flat, round, 9 carat gold medal with flat scroll shaped piece at top with attached metal ring. Embossed(?) image of building with steps and two triangular towers in centre, with ‘UGLY’S’ in raised lettering above. ‘UGLY’S PANTOMIME CITY. W.A./1921’ in raised lettering around border. ‘DANCING COMPETITION/SWORD DANCE/OPEN/1ST PRIZE/MONA MCLEAN’ engraved on back. ‘CUMPSTON/PERTH’ stamped at top.
