Round silver-coloured metal badge with semi-circular metal piece at top with hole for hanging. 2 semi circles cut out of centre of badge, leaving 9mm wide horizontal metal bar across centre. Embossed across this central bar is ‘MEMBER’. Embossed around edge ‘UGLY MENS VOLUNTARY WORKERS ASSOCN. OF W.A. INC.’. Engraved on back is ‘696’.
