Round silver-coloured metal badge, with ring inserted in to section of badge to hang it from a pin. Badge is a circular ring with bar across centre. Embossed around ring "UGLY MENS VOLUNTARY WORKERS ASSOCN. OF W.A. INC.". Written across the bar "MEMBER". Engraved on reverse of badge "1451".
