Dark orange paper pad with cardboard backing and glue along the top. There is black print on each page, 'PRODUCT/ WEEK/ No/ No. CARTONS/ WEIGHT/ DATE Signature'. After each word there is a black line on which to record the information. In the left hand corner of every page there is a black box with the number 8979 above it. In the right hand corner there is a number written in red ink which goes up every second page. The number on the first page is 24501 and the number on the last page is 24600.
