Cardboard box nail packet, printed pale blue (now faded) with red and black text. Oblong with opening at either end. Inscriptions: 'EVENDEN ANCHOR/NAILS/Make a water tight roof/Do not Dent the Iron. Are Easily Driven/No Punch is Required to Drive Through/the Corrugated Iron.' Also: 'The Springhead Nail/with SMOOTH SHANK/EVENDEN/Is Easily Driven...'. Also: 'Sold by/All Ironmongers and Storekeepers/MADE IN FIVE SIZES.../This packet contains about 100 Nails.' Also: 'PLAIN/SPRING/HEAD/...2 1/4 in'.
