TAPES, 24 Graduated

H1990.228

Used by John and Nita Shaw in Leederville, see subfile. Bundle of short tapes graduated from about size 11 to about size 24. Graduated by halves. Each tape a different length. Each like inches, but the smallest have marks of less than one inch, and the longest of over one half. Each has "THE IMPROVED GRADUATED TAPE 18 STANDARD - DEAN - MAKER". One tape is only for hats, and is slightly wider and longer than the rest. "TRUE / TO SIZE / FAMOUS 'KOOKABURRA' HATS / MADE IN AUSTRALIA / PURE FUR FELT / HAND FINISHED " also "LINEN" "SIZE OF HAT ... / SIZE ROUND HEAD ... ", "MADE IN ENGLAND". The tapes are made in England, one tape is advertising hats made in Australia. See also H90.225 - H90.234, and H91.123 - H91.130.
