Former Kalgoorlie Mining Associates property. Green painted wooden box, has masonite base, sides made from stronger wood, possibly pine. Has higher back panel than front, sloping down to accommodate plods. Has "PLODS" black dymo label on front. "Plods" is term for time sheets filled out by underground workers.
